NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MUST BE A CURRENT LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT CURRENTLY RESIDING IN ANY OF THE 50 UNITED STATES or WASHINGTON DC, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF 9/12/07. TO ENTER: All contestants in the Aquapod Head to Toe Healthy Contest ("Contest") will be automatically entered into the Aquapod Head to Toe Healthy Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") upon Contest registration. To enter the Sweepstakes without being a contestant in the Contest, visit www.aquapodmoms.com ("Web Site") and follow the instructions posted on-screen to register to vote for your favorite photo posted on the Web Site in the Aquapod Head to Toe Healthy Contest. Get one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes when you register. Once registered and until 10/31/07, Sweepstakes entrants may return to the web site once per day to get one (1) additional automatic Sweepstakes entry. Beginning 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 11/1/07 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/30/07 vote one (1) time per day for your favorite photo posted on the Web Site. Each eligible vote will give voter one (1) additional automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day regardless of whether voting period has opened. A day is defined as 12:00:01 AM ET through 11:59:59 PM ET. All Sweepstakes entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/30/07. To enter online you must have a valid e-mail address and Internet access as of 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 9/12/07. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address provided at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Nestlé Waters North America Inc. ("Sponsor") reserves the right to change or withdraw the Sweepstakes without notice if in the Sponsor's sole discretion, the integrity of the Sweepstakes or the Contest is compromised in any way. In the event Sponsor alters the Sweepstakes prior to the end date, Sponsor shall post notice thereof on the Sweepstakes Web site. Sponsor not responsible for transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by entrants. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes- or Contest-related materials. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Sweepstakes begins 9/12/07 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends 11/30/07 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

PRIZES/ODDS: PRIZES (120): One hundred twenty (120) Prizewinners will each receive one of the following prizes; Grand Prizes (24): Soccer Net and Ball. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $38.00). First Prizes (24): Three-in-One Game Set. (ARV: $27.00). Second Prizes (24): Magnetic dart game. (ARV: $25.50). Third Prizes (24): Sport Duffle Bag. (ARV: $20.00). Fourth Prizes (24): Sports Watch. (ARV: $18.50).
Total ARV of all Prizes: $3,096.00

Make and model of prizes to be selected by Sponsor. Prizes will be awarded to prizewinners in order of highest to lowest ARV as determined by the judges in their sole discretion. Prizewinner does not get choice of which prize they will receive. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the prize. Neither the cash equivalent nor the transfer or assignment of any prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries.

PRIZE DRAWING: Forty (40) potential prizewinners, eight (8) from each prize level, will be selected in a random drawing on or about each one of the following dates; 10/1/07, 11/1/07 and 12/3/07, from among all eligible entries received. Entries received between 12:01 a.m. on 9/12/07 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/30/07 will be eligible for the 10/1/07 drawing. Entries received between 10/1/07 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 10/31/07 will be eligible for the 11/1/07 drawing. Entries received between 12:01 a.m. ET on 11/1/07 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/30/07 will be eligible for the 12/3/07 drawing. The drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Prizes will be delivered within 8 to 10 weeks to the winner's mailing address provided on entry form.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in any of the 50 United States or Washington DC, who are 18 years of age or older and have Internet access as of 9/12/07. Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor and each of Sponsor's parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. Taxes are sole responsibility of winner. By entering this Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants release Sponsor, and each of Sponsor's parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages or loss. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility.
